Tonya McEnheimer 
Management Information Specialist
As Management Information Specialist at Kissito, Tonya trains, coordinates and maintains Kissito’s clinical and financial management information systems. She also maintains Kissito’s SharePoint site, coordinates the development and maintenance of Kissito’s website, and is involved with the development and implementation of Kissito’s transition to electronic health records. Tonya oversees all technical aspects of Kissito Healthcare including help desk support, network security, and Internet operations.
Tonya studied Liberal Arts and Health Technology at some of Virginia’s finest colleges and has over 12 years of experience in information technology. She holds a Microsoft Professional Certification.
Tonya was featured in the June 2007 issue of Biztech Magazine.
Alakananda Mohanty
Healthcare Research Associate
Alakananda joined Kissito Healthcare as a Management Trainee in 2008 and appointed to this role as Healthcare Research Associate in January 2009. In this role, she is responsible for health care utilization and outcomes research primarily focusing on post- acute care services across different post-acute care settings. She is also responsible for strengthening communications and relationships with the company’s potential partners, collaborators such as hospitals, physicians and health maintenance organizations. She started her career with the Denmark Government’s Leprosy Eradication Program in India and worked with Orissa Voluntary Health Association, Rotary International, Global Polio Eradication Program in India and with The University of Texas Medical School, The University of Texas School of Health Information Sciences and The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston in different capacities. She is passionate about global health issues and health inequities in particular. Her long-term goal is to address these issues to impact Health Policy.
Alakananda holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Journalism & Mass Communication degree from India and a Master of Public Health degree with a Global Health concentration from The University of Texas School of Public Health, Houston.

Kathy Sanders RN, BSN, MHA, LNHA
Regional Dir. of Nursing Services
Kathy Sanders is a Registered Nurse with a Masters degree in Health Care Administration from Hamilton University. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has been a Director of Nursing Services in long term care for 13 years. Kathy has 10 years of experience in the acute care setting ranging from staff nurse, Quality Improvement Coordinator and Unit Manager on an acute care surgical unit. Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, Kathy started her career as a CNA and later as a Licensed Practical Nurse in long term care.

Kelly Stacy, RAC-CT
Corporate Medical Records PPS Coordinator
With 13 years of experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation, Long Term Care nursing, and Physician Clinic settings, Kelly Stacy has performed a wide range of clinical roles during his career. He joined Kissito in 2005 as a Charge Nurse at Kissito Healthcare-Bland, based in Bastian, VA. In May 2008, Kelly Stacy was named Corporate Medical Records Coordinator for Kissito and has subsequently expanded his role into the MDS/PPS arena. He currently leads the MDS and Medical Records Teams in all Kissito facilities as well as our RN Clinical Auditor Program. Kelly is proactively involved in the development and implementation of the Electonic Healthcare Records program. Some of his previous roles include: CNA, Unit Secretary, Rehab Nursing Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse Team Lead Charge Nurse, Intravenous Therapy Nurse, Quality Assurance Staff Development, Medical Records Auditor, Physician Clinic ICD-9 Application for Billing, Health Information Manager, MDS/PPS Review. Kelly also holds an MDS certification of RAC-CT credential.
