Kissito Post Acute Cane Island is the flagship post acute center for Kissito Post Acute. Located in Katy, TX Cane Island serves as the areas premiere rehabilitation and transitional health care facility. Since it’s inception in August of 2008 Cane Island has admitted over 429 patients. Cane Island features 64 private rehabilitation suites, wi-fi through out, and chef prepared meals.
